On February 25th we celebrated Pancake Day with a flipping competition on St Anns Road which went down a treat!
Starting off the races were the team from Nando’s. Children from Norbury School joined us in the town racing for the fastest times and they also took on Barci (the Nando’s Chicken).

The shopping centre operation managers (Sanjay from St George’s and George from St Anns) went pan to pan and Sanjay retained the crown for St George’s of fastest flipper due to some very un-sportsman like behaviour from George!
Seva Care also came down with some clients to practice some flipping and Aneka from Mind in Harrow joined in too.
A special thanks to:
Wenzels for giving out some sweet treats
Smiggle and Waterstones who kindly donated prizes for the school children
Wilko and Pizza Express for providing prizes for the public.
