Harrow Council have launched a consultation on The Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) for Harrow Town Centre. It focuses on restrictions around unwanted activities such as street drinking, noisy/unwanted busking, feeding pigeons, spitting/urinating in the street etc.
Please take a couple of minutes to fill in the online form and help us and Harrow Council keep the town centre free of unwanted activities. The consultation closes on 4th January 2021.
