Harrow Council has agreed to spend around £1 Million of Government funding from the Future High Streets Fund on developing an exciting new project for Greenhill Way car park known as ‘meanwhile use’.
The plan is to develop a space which could offer a mix of affordable commercial workspaces, a leisure led business open to the public, and attractive public space.
The finished development will be leased to the successful operator who will be responsible for managing the operation of the site for the next 5 years.
Discussions are taking place as to what would be required to change the perception of the area, to attract people and increase footfall in the area following the closure of Debenhams/The Landmark and your opinions will help shape this fantastic project.
