Our festive events start on 26th November with a fun filled day across the town centre. There will be a stage on St Anns Road with performances from Rock Choir, Indie Choir, dhol drummers, singers and dancers. We will also have performers from this year’s Harrow Arts Centre pantomime, Jack and the Beanstalk. The day will end with the Mayor of Harrow switching on the Christmas tree lights followed by a laser light show.
There will also be a dedicated Kid’s Zone at Greenhill Place with circus acts, face painting and stilt walkers. Santa’s grotto will also be at Greenhill Place for one day only, each child will receive a gift from Santa
Our Street Market returns from 13th-17th December from 10am to 6pm.
NEW FOR THIS YEAR The Grinch returns in his own private grotto this year. He will be making mischief from ‘Mount Crumpit‘ situated at Greenhill Place on 19th & 20th December from 11am to 5pm and each child will receive a gift. On Monday 19th December there will be a quiet hour from 10am to 11am for children with special educational needs – please email us at info@ha1bid.co.uk to book your slot so that you do not have to queue.
From 19th-23rd December there will be a skating rink on St Anns Road (opposite HSBC). There is no need to book, just borrow some skates and have fun.
