The aim of this workshop is to improve understanding and awareness of resilience and its links to wellbeing. Delegates will be able to reflect on their current resilience levels and become aware of how they deal with challenging thoughts and emotions. The themes of this workshop:

•Explore steps to mindfully deal with difficult emotions
