From 2nd December 2020 lockdown restrictions will ease and England will return to the local tier system. Harrow, as well as London and most of the surrounding counties, will go into Tier 2.
Retail, hospitality, gyms and close contact services will be allowed to re-open, but again with strict guidelines in place. Pubs and bars will only be allowed to open if serving a substantial meal and must stop serving at 10pm, but will be allowed to remain open until 11pm.
Households will not be able to mix indoors, but can meet in groups of up to 6 outdoors.
