To prepare the town for the influx of visitors we will be having a clean-up day this Thursday and would love your help! Staff from McDonald’s and Metro Bank have already volunteered to help, and the BID team will be donning their rubber gloves and grabbing a bucket. We aim to clean street furniture, lamp columns, remove ‘massage’ stickers, replace worn floor stickers and generally spruce up as much as possible! The Council Clean Team will also be on hand to help with graffiti removal and pressure washing.
If you are able to spare some staff for a short time – even just half an hour, on Thursday 8th April we will be meeting at Katie’s Statue at 10am and we’d love to see as many of you there as possible.
